Ready to Partner with Fernabelle Acres?
It's a three-part process.
1. Sign Up for Our Weekly Price list:
Our email newsletter goes out each Tuesday afternoon during the growing season and includes a link to our password-protected online shop. Sign up below to stay up-to-date on our freshest offerings!
2. Complete Your New Customer Paperwork:
To access our wholesale pricing and place orders, we require a few details. Please fill out our super easy new customer form and send us a copy of your resale license along with a completed Wisconsin Tax Exemption Certificate (Form S-211). This helps us ensure we're working with legitimate businesses and keeps us out of tax jail!
3. Request Shop Access:
Once you've submitted your paperwork, head over to our online shop and create an account. You'll need to request access to the price list. We usually have 2 or 3 price lists, based on dates; it doesn't matter which list you select. After we receive your tax exemption certificate, we'll authorize your access to all price lists within a day or two, and you'll be ready to shop!
