2. Request Price List Access:

Head over to our online shop and create an account. You'll need to request access to the price list. We usually have 2 or 3 price lists, based on dates; it doesn't matter which list you select. After we receive your tax exemption certificate, we'll authorize your access to all price lists within a day or two, and you'll be ready to shop!

3. Send Us Some Paperwork:

In order to qualify for wholesale access, we need your:

1. Seller's Permit, a current and valid copy (don't have one? Here's the link to get it.)

2. Wisconsin Form S-211. This is the form that states that you do not need to pay us sales tax because you are going to collect it from your customer. In Wisconsin, cut flowers in all forms are a taxable good. Sales tax is paid by the end user. You will need to include your Seller's Permit number, aka your sales tax withholding number, on this form.

Send a picture or a pdf via email. This helps us ensure we're working with legitimate businesses and keeps us out of tax jail!
